From here you can enter a drop-down menu to change your current location, and in doing so the timezone will be changed accordingly. By default, it should be set in accordance to your PCs current location (based on your IP address). Next, scroll down to the Location section. Your Skype ID can be numbers and can also be alphabets, it is a unique name or number that can be assigned to you and only you.
